We decided to sell our beautiful Belsize Rd apartment in 2018 which was a particularly difficult market. Greene and Co were selected from a shortlist of four local agents and proved to be the right choice. They expertly marketed the property, they were always courteous and punctual with viewings, they managed the sales negotiation process very well, and in my honest opinion they certainly earned their sales commission fee with all the hard work they put into the whole sales process. In particular James dealt very well with difficult last minute vendor-purchaser negotiations to the satisfaction of both parties. Well done James and good luck at Kensal Rise.
