Came to Greenes after a long and very unsatisfactory period with another estate agent during which we had had four offers, none of which was finally delivered. Within a few weeks of moving to Greenes they had found us a reliable buyer. The negotiations which then ensued were carefully managed by Paul Harris who kept us fully informed. He acted as a very effective liaison officer between us and the prospective buyers, nudging one party or the other whenever things seemed to be slowing down. We could not have asked for a better or more efficient agent. Our thanks to all at Greenes for their hard and successful work.
