I selected green & co as one of 3 I invited to value. I liked the fact they did not knock other estate agents and spoke of what they could offer me and affirmed they were working for me.
I had been researching sales in my area for over a year and we agreed a price I believe was sensible.
Although Steve is the manager the team came to view the property and introduce themselves. They asked how I wanted to manage the viewings and made me very much part of the process.
Josh and George were the main links. Both were very good. However George was particularly kind when I was faced with a stressful situation as I was selling my home of many years.They did treat it like my home and not a commodity. I also had a sale agreed after 9 days.
Thank you all at the maida vale office.
