Very professional from start to finish. had it on with another well known agent for 3 months and they barely had a viewing. Turns out that they had overvalued it and only ever called me to try and get the price down. Steve Kadi valued the flat correctly the first time round and was not at all 'i told you so' when i went back to him. within a week they had lots of viewings and 3 offers. Simon, Franco and George worked tirelessly and managed to get a figure i was delighted to accept. A smooth sale followed and i was alway kept updated by email and phone. They did everything they promised and have restored my faith in Estate agents.
