Having an agent who can agree a sale on one of my properties is only the first part. Steve and george not only did this (and at top money) but also have a real understanding of the legal process and managed to get the sale exchanged quickly without the usual stress involved. From valuation to completion I never had to chase them and I always felt confident that they were really pushing things for me. Not the cheapest agent in the area.......but worth every penny. Can't recommend them enough and I am eternally grateful for all their efforts. M
