It would be difficult to overstate my good impression of Greene and Co and Steve in particular. Coping with a very uncommunicative managing agent and my solicitor who failed to grasp the crucial points in a delicate negotiation, he remained calm, positive and professional throughout, and managed to keep my buyers on board despite frustrating delays and setbacks. I always felt he was on my side and I could talk to him freely and engage in the sale as a collaborative process. The same could be said of Alina Murphy who dealt with the sale day to day. I could not have asked for a better service.
