I can't rate Urban Spaces highly enough. We had previously marketed our property with other agents, and had a spell of bad luck and unbelievably poor service from dishonest estate agents. When we asked Urban Spaces to market the property everything changed - they were friendly, honest, reliable and pleasant to work with. They sold the flat, for the asking price, to the first person who viewed it, then handled the sale process professionally and efficiently. If only we hadn't wasted time with the other agents!
