We are delighted with Scott's help at Greene and Co to achieve the sale of a property left to our charity which needs complete refurbishment in a tired block. Once the charity owned the property I met Scott and we viewed the property together. Following that discussion Scott found a buyer within 6 days, and provided me with all the information I needed to satisfy our charity Trustees that it was the right price and right buyer to achieve our goal of a quick sale. Exchange followed in line with our request within 4 weeks with completion 3 weeks later. Scott gave us confidence his approach particularly in respect of his communication with us was second to none.
