Im very happy with Greene & Co....my only complaint would be that Paul (who sold the property as part of shanes team) turned up to a viewing half an hour early with the buyer and he also booked in the survey without telling me it was an 8am survey!! So maybe a few tips on timing! I think their market knowledge was fair even though i got an extra £20k than advised....But generally im very happy with the team and will 100% be in touch with them soon to sell a property im developing.
