A steady four stars, on the grounds that there is always room for improvement, but overall the service was good.

I would have preferred a single main contact, for simplicity and that was the cause of one or two minor frustrations, early in the process. But once we had our buyer, James emerged as the sole contact. He was conscientious and knowledgeable and continued to be of help throughout the conveyancing period.

My wife and I thought the original valuation a little optimistic and we were happy to authorize an early reduction and then to accept what we considered a perfectly reasonable offer, somewhere below that.

In short, we found Greene & Co. pleasant agreeable and efficient. And they got the job done.
