We have been really happy with the service provided by Dean and Mark at the West Hampstead branch. They have been tireless in their efforts to find us the right buyer and have been really helpful with respect to organising viewings around our toddler and his naps. They were both really enthusiastic when showing people round, sounded knowledgeable and there was no "real estate cheesy lines". We also appreciated their flexible approach to how they communicated with us - by email, text and phone based on what worked best for us. Fingers crossed for our exchange and completion!
