We came to Naim Bakth at Green and co in the 11th hour when all other estate agents had given up trying to sell our property. We had set our hearts on buying a property and were in a race against another family, but without selling our property we were not able to purchase it. Naim assessed the situation, understood the issues, looked at all the facts in front of him and within a week managed to sell and get the contract through. His integrity but persuasive manner enbabled the buyer to trust his recommendation and ensure that all lawyers involved acted promptly to get our property sold rapidly and within our time frame to allow us to purchase our desired property.
I would strongly recommend Naim to anyone in the Hampstead, West Hampstead area wanting to buy or sell a property. He is a wonderful person.”
