I recently used Greene & Co to market a 2-bedroom flat in Queens Park and I found the service they provided to be excellent. Luis and Oliver - the agents I dealt with - were always on hand with advice and guidance. They secured lots of viewings for the property and have found us a lovely tenant. Most importantly Luis guided me through all the legal obligations involved in signing a tenancy agreement and securing the tenant’s deposit. The tenancy agreement is very thorough and I feel confident that I have been well advised and looked after. So thank you Luis, and Oliver! I can thoroughly recommend Greene & Co and will use them again in the future.
