Very professional service letting my flat in Maryland's Road. Only query was the situation with the renewal fees that has now been resolved amicably (thanks to Alex) I didn't realize I was tied in after the first year and that might have been made more clear when going through the contract. No experience with other agents in the area so can't compare the service with but overall thanks to Suay, Alex and Ed for making the process stress free and finding excellent tenants.
