Alexandra Piroli truly understands customer service and is extremely professional in her approach to her clients. She is extremely personable and cares about issues that overseas Landlords have about renting their home. She is easy to communicate with and is accessible.
She is an asset to Greene and Co in Maida Vale on every level. She is far superior to the previous negotiators and manager in Maida Vale where it was only about doing the deal irrespective of how it was implemented. I was an estate agent for 16 years in London and now live in USA where customer service is the king! Alexandra is truly a gem.
