This is just to thank Holly Keeney of the Maida Vale office, for her prompt and effective intervention today in helping to avert a bad situation from turning into a potential disaster.
Put simply ,Holly managed to arrange the attendance of contractors at my property ( at very short notice) and repair a leak in
my bathroom that had already caused damage to the downstairs flat.
Without that urgent attention,I could have expected a potentially much larger claim from the downstairs tenant!
