On the whole Greene and Co have been very good at managing my property.
In particular Jordan Axten is very professional, has excellent communication skills, treats my tenant’s queries professionally and is diligent in everything she does. like to have one point of contact for all my queries. Jordan provides this point of contact.
Each May I request an annual statement of transactions which I find useful when completing my tax return. I no longer live in London so having this direct contact is a great help to me.
I am looking to start a buy to let business in the North East of England. If Greene and Co were ever to expand I would happily use them to contract out the day to day management.
I haven’t compared management rates for a while but I trust Greene and Co’s fees are reasonable.
