Chris was absolutely fantastic- he took my property on on a Tuesday and by Wednesday he had a couple sign a tenancy agreement for 2 years. His negotiation skills of which I witnessed first hand were commendable. Having to negotiate daily in my position I understand how sensitively you need to be at times to do this, and he displayed superb skills, of which resulted in such a quick tenancy agreement. He also spent a lot of one to one time with me explaining all the certificates etc that I required in order to legally rent out my property, and he went over & above the call of duty by arranging EPC/ Gas/ Inventory appointments for me. I would be more than happy for Chris to look after my property going forward as he leaves no stone unturned.
