Chris Leach helped us find new tenants within weeks of no occupancy for about six weeks after our last tenants left we were with another agent which we are no longer involved with . The tenants we have are great no noise young couple who are very nice we would like them to take another year rental if they want to Liz and Henry are very nice people we do not have a problem with them we get along fine with them. Just hope they will take on another year? Hope Green & co will do the same if Liz and Henry decided to leave. Great work Chris keep in touch.
