Scott worked hard to get the property let. The initial estimated rental proved optimistic but he worked tirelessly to show the flat and went the extra mile when the tenants we ended up with were having second thoughts. He has also helped sort out teething troubles and snagging issues with the new building and seems to work well with the developers is sorting things out. He is responsive to emails and texts when he has not been able to answer his phone.
