James has quite simply reinstalled my faith in estate agents. He has been proactive in calling me about properties coming onto the market; he has listened and learnt 'my taste' and doesn't waste my time with properties that are in the wrong area etc; he has provided really helpful professional advice to a clueless first time buyer (both about the properties, the local area, what to watch out for, the buying process. He has always been open and transparent in his dealings with me and I have come to trust him implicitly. I very much feel he has had my best interests at heart throughout the process: despite the fact that I ended up buying a property through someone else he was even happy to recommend some local reliable lawyers who could deal with the transaction quickly. Should / when I or any of my friends look to sell their properties I know exactly who I will be calling! Can I recommend him for employee of the month please?
