What I like about your agency is really big pool of properties that you manage for your clients in the area we were looking to buy. The agency also has really good insights into local market it is serving.
On several occasions we experienced cancelling of the viewing while we were on the way to see the property which is really not satisfactory. Also few times we were brought to see a property that really didn't fit a very important criteria. So for the future you should consider to listen more needs of buyers like we were.
Our final agent Daniel was great, very persistent and fast. He has high negotiating skills and problem solving orientation. I don't think everyone in the agency is as good as he was.
