Brodie was extremely helpful throughout the process up to the last day of exchange. He did spent a lot of time giving us correct information on both viewings and was very punctual at the meetings.

Brodie was extremely helpful throughout the process up to the last day of exchange. He did spent a lot of time giving us correct information on both viewings and was very punctual at the meetings.

My only criticism would be the constant chasing via phone when not being able to answer it. This is seen from others (mortgage advisor, solicitors and myself) as being over the board and to the point that it becomes annoying. However, when I pointed this out to Brodie he understood it and took the feedback on board.
