Daniel went out of his way to find out what we were looking for and to help with the search. He gave us really good service, drove me around on several occasions with a list of sensible properties to show me. My praise is particularly for him at the Kensal Rise branch but also for his colleague Abel at the West Hampstead branch who was really helpful, judged his approach to us well with intelligence and was not aggressive int he way he worked which was what we liked with them both.
