James was excellent - he really listened to what we were looking for and to our feedback and found us suitable properties. We don't currently live in the area and James always worked hard to find us viewing times to suit us and our schedule. James was very knowledgable about the properties and was able to answer follow up questions and provide details and suggestions we hadn't even thought to ask about.

The only issue that I had with the website was that it didn't work very well on my mobile phone but that may not be a wider problem.
