It's quite rare that I give any sort of feedback or fill out any questionnaires, let alone give such high marks. The main reason for this is the absolute surprise in the service i received from Greene & Co. We had been looking for over 3 months for a property and had engaged with several estate agents. We were gazumped twice even though we were offering the full asking price on both. We were giving up when we engaged with Greene & Co. Craig showed us 4 or 5 properties that were suitable for our needs, however were not perfect for our future requirements (baby on board!). He researched and came back with a lovely 3 bed house that ticked pretty much all the right boxes. Craig made sure the property would not be marketed and looked after our interests. I can not thank him enough for looking out for us and ensuring we did not get gazumped again. I must admit he is very pushy as a sales person, which normally would get my back up. but his daily calls did not bother me as I knew he was looking out for us and it wasn't for him to make a quick buck or two.
To be honest I have bought several properties before and every estate agent I have ever dealt with had been a nightmare. Greene & Co seem to care about their reputation and therefore made the whole process very simple for us.
