I recently purchased a flat Via the Greene Maida Vale team, in Maida Vale. I have lived in London for over 15 years in this area and have never ever been impressed with any estate agent but Greene Maida Vale team is an absolute exception - they knew the market well, they dealt with the entire transaction with professionalism - everyone's been extremely responsive - very innovative ( docusign for online signature - wow) - I have been so happy that I have now asked them to help me rent out the property - which they did in a matter of 2 weeks - in addtion they will also manage it for me. All done extremely well - I would definitely recommend anyone using Greene Maida Vale team. ( in fact just referred them to a friend who has an estate in Swiss Cottage ) - a very Happy customer - Mohit Sarvaiya
