I only have good things to say about my experiences with Greene and Co—specifically Simon Cole, the agent who found me my rental property three years ago, sold said property to my landlady and also have helped me endlessly in my search as a first time buyer. The notion that every estate agent is a trickster determined to mislead you at every step has been completely disproven—Simon has only offered me good advice based on his exhaustive knowledge of the local area.
With an understanding of the development of specific pockets of W9, the situation on each road and even a good idea of what each flat and building looks like, he helped fast track the process by giving me the confidence to put in an offer. As a first time buyer, the whole process is incredibly daunting, but Simon and the team at Greene & Co have only ever been empathetic and supportive. I would always recommend the branch to anyone looking for a personal, attentive (not pushy) and warm service.
