I explained to Olli that I was looking for a particular type of flat. He absolutely delivered my brief to the detail. With a very unusual and difficult seller to deal with; I must say he handled the deal with skill, diplomacy and delicacy. There were a few hairy moments during negotiations with the sellers solicitors, however, Olli pulled the whole deal together which was amazing as it had literally disintergrated at one point.

I also spoke with Stephen and George at differing times and everyone in the branch seemed particularly switched on.
