I deal with a huge amount of estate agents. George Kyriacou stood out as he was not pushy, asked me questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and only showed me things which matched so no time wasting. He really understood what I wanted. When we offered on a property he advised us on the strategy and gave us a sense of trust and that he was working with us to get a better price. George would definitely be my first call for my next purchase!
