I've been searching for a small investment property for over 6 months and am registered at all the agents in the area. Without question I have found Greene & Co, particularly George Kyriacou to be the most professional and on point.
George is one of the few agents who I genuinely feels listens to what I want and is genuine is his desire to find me the right property without the hard sell.
Unlike most other agents in the area who promise the vendors ridiculous figures to get their business but just serve to produce disappointed vendors and suspicious buyers, Greene & Co price their properties appropriate to the market.
