We have purchased a flat through Green&Co. Belsize Park. Craig Draper and Ben Senior have provided us a premium service from day-one. Ben has notified us about the flat within a few hours after receiving the keys which allowed us to commence negotiations immediately and secure the flat within days. Between exchange and completion (a period of c. 6 weeks) Ben has been accommodating our requests to open the flat time and again which allowed us to gather quotes from contractors and commence the refurbishment soon after completion. Craig was extremely helpful from the negotiation stage until completion, facilitating the process vis-a-vis the vendor and the freeholder, making himself available at all times. Well done!
