Very professional and respectful. Both guys knew a lot about each property and could go through issues such as chain, lease extension, who owns freehold etc convincingly . also appreciated the time spent on viewings, was not rushed or treated impatiently. Compared favourably to all other local agents except Kfh who i would rate on a par. The office was responsive and easy to reach. The website with the pop up overlay from the bottom is a bit annoying though.
