Marcelle White at the Crouch End office was great throughout the whole process, from the first viewing and all the way to finding the right flat and completion. She was always efficient at responding to our queries as and when they arose and was very helpful and flexible when we asked her to arrange more viewings in order to inspect the flat between offer acceptance and exchange (twice!).
