I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service and professionalism - and more importantly genuineness I received from Russell. Having looked this time last year, I was very disheartened by the attitude of many of the estate agents I met, as such I was expecting much the same this time round. I am a first time buyer and therefore very new to the process and Russell was very helpful and reassuring. I very much appreciated his efforts in accommodating my specific situation - I was about to travel for 3 weeks and therefore needed the 2nd viewing to be rushed through before I went. The tenants did not want me to go around but Russell did all he could, even taking them a bottle of Prosecco to make it happen. I would whole heartedly recommend both Russell and Green & Co. to anyone in the future.
