Buying a house is always stressful, in my opinion, due to to huge uncertainties involved up until the moment you receive the keys. From the outset, Leighton presented our new home extremely well, worked through the complexity of other offers and other agents and quickly secured us an agreed price within our budget. He passed the baton to Bonnie who ensured the timely and clear traffic of communication between the, remote parties of buyer, seller and the corresponding brokers and legal teams. Without both of their actions giving us confidence that we could have the house we wanted, within the time frame we wanted and for the price we wanted, the whole process would have been as stressful as always is. This time around, they allowed both me and my partner to revel in some of the excitement and anticipation of moving to a new home and, for that, I would absolutely recommend working with both of them and Green&Co.
