As first time buyers my husband and I have found the experience of searching for the right property exciting to begin with but grew increasingly disappointed as time went on because the majority of estate agents we had registered with did not understand our brief.
Dean however was excellent from the outset. After a couple of viewings he wanted to have a better understanding of what we were looking for and when I explained in detail he took it all in and unlike other estate agents he endeavoured to match every property we viewed to our brief. What a difference that made! After months of searching we found our home within a short space of time.
Our experience with Dean has been very refreshing. He is highly professional, efficient at communicating, hard working and most importantly, he listens to what the client wants and does his best to deliver.
Should you find yourself caught in a downpour whilst on a viewing with Dean; never fear because he has a vast collection of umbrellas stashed away in his car and is well prepared for the unpredictable British weather. :-)
I would not hesitate recommending Greene & Co. due to their professionalism and great service.
