Alex and Sarah were so helpful and professional in selling our house which was a family home for over 50 years. It was a stressful and emotional time but they were both very supportive and did everything they could to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

I had never sold a house before but, throughout the period in question, my main task was to simply provide access to prospective buyers and/or their representatives or relatives. The vast majority of dealings with them were handled by Winkworth (except for those that were dealt with by solicitors). This included showing them round the property where necessary and providing them with information about it. I also found Winkworth helpful and responsive to my own inquiries.

We had to move swiftly because we needed a school place for our son which was in it’s self stressful. Alex being an affable person set us off to a great start. He was very professional & intuitive which I felt was from his years of experience, this came with good advice and reassurance when we needed it . With his advice we choose the right buyers. We felt in very good hands throughout the whole process with him and his team. They kept us updated regularly and quick to respond to our phone calls. Hasten to add we have now settled happily in our new home & my son in his new school. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Winkworth in Knights Hill.

Overall we had a very positive experience. We were selling one property and buying two properties, the support and guidance given made such a lot of difference to us. The good humour of both Alex and Sarah definitely helped us through the more difficult aspects of moving. What stood out was the local knowledge which we really appreciated.

Hayley is part of a great team of people and it's the team work that makes this a special Estate Agency. Alex helped me buy a property in a difficult market; Sarah helped me let it, with great success over several years, Pamela always has a twinkle, she's a great administrator - and they are all really knowledgeable about all aspects of property purchase, letting and selling. I've always felt welcome and have valued the work they've done and the way they have done it. I felt very sad when I realised I wouldn't be dealing with them all again when the property was successfully sold - to the perfect buyers.
