Very professional and supportive throughout. Some hiccups with initial buyer who exited during process but that was handled well and a new buyer was found very quickly. Subsequent challenges with buyer further along the chain was also handled well - and rebutted - when a price concession was sought at our expense at the head of the chain. Difficult to criticise anything.

We had to sell my mother's property following her death in 2022. Russell dealt with us at the start and was kind and understanding about how difficult the whole thing was. He gave us excellent advice on how to value the property. Flora did a lot of the potential buyer viewings and was very helpful keeping us updated with what was going on. Though we entered a slugfest with a bidding war and landed up coughing the asking price — She was the perfect antidote to most of the disquiet that we hit with potholes on the buying journey

She shared our enthusiasm and speculation about transmogrifying the property with opening up the spaces, transforming the looks with new tiling, island, jacuzzi bathrooms etc

Her recommendations from surveyors to removals were spot on!

Unlike most estate agents where there’s apprehension and scepticism about ingenuity — I felt the interactions with Winkworth were organic, honest and candid


Flora certainly helped us navigate many of the seeming impasses that we hit during the buying process — diluting a lot of our stress!
