The service we have received in selling our flat with Winkworth has been, at every stage, outstanding. Steve (the valuer) we trusted from the start, giving impeccable professional advice; Maisie and Michael in promoting our flat and Patrick who is just amazing. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes, liaising between the solicitors; he kept us informed throughout the process and without him I think we would still be waiting for the sale to be finalised. I would without reservation recommend Winkworth.

I would never use another agent other that Winkworth. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable but they are also very personable and friendly. I struggled with a few issues with my purchase but felt that Patrick was there to discuss and work through things without any pressure. I think it's an excellent agency actually. Very professional but also approachable.

Alex was a pleasure to work with from the moment he visited my property, the negotiators Kirsty and Maisie were great at keeping me updated on any viewings and feedback and of course for finding me my buyers! From the moment my life changing journey began I knew I was in safe hands. I cannot express enough how well I was looked after by the team at Winkworth. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Every request/demand I made was listened to and applied where it was in my best interest. Nicola in particular bulldozed my sale over the line. She really couldn't have been more helpful. She may be charming but she is a real force of nature, intelligent and persistent. I'm not sure how I would have managed without her.

I rate my experience with buying a property through Winkworths Blackheath very highly. The agents were extremely helpful and helped me at every step of the way. Nicola played an integral part in keeping the process going at a steady pace from both sides of the purchase/sale and Alex was always there to help with any questions along the way. Their friendly and professional demeanour was welcomed in what is never usually a stress free process, they made everything run smoothly and quickly.

They sold our house calmly and politely, followed up on everything, gave us weekly updates on stats and feedback on all viewings.
