As a landlord it can be daunting at times to deal with tenants and property matters. Sarah Ferry (Greenwich Office) was our most recent Winkworth property manager, who was an excellent communicator and has a wealth of experience... and patience to deal with both tenant issues and advice for the landord. We would highly recommend the Winkworth property management service as it really takes a lot of stress away.

Guy and John at the Greenwich branch were fantastic throughout my sales process, from dealing with a fussy, obstructive tenant to arrange viewings, to achieving a good price in a very difficult market to nudging solicitors into action. They’ve done a great job and I would definitely recommend Winkworth in Greenwich. I wish I’d used them before.

The level of support, service and responsiveness we have experienced with Winkworth (and Abbi!) as our property managers has been beyond any experience we have ever had as long time renters. We didn't even know it could be this quick, easy and professional. When we have a question or repair request, we always hear back from Winkworth the same day (if now within the hour). Top notch estate agents!

As a tenant, Winkworths have been such a brilliant letting agent and management company - really friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. The management side of the company - especially the fantastic Abbi - are second to none. Always on hand, quick to respond and to get any issues sorted. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I feel as a Landlord living away that my property is well looked after, they have found excellent tenants and any minor jobs are arranged quickly and completed to a high standard. Very happy with all aspects of the service
