When we moved to New Zealand 7 years ago we rented our house through Winkworth and entrusted the team to manage our property on our behalf. As we are so far away we really needed a property manager that would go that bit further to ensure all our needs and our tenants needs were meet at a high standard. Caroline Laursen has been our property manager for approx 5 years and has never let us or our tenants down. We have absolute trust and confidence in Caroline in the Winkworth Barnet office and could not be happier with the outstanding service.

We were initially with another estate agent who overvalued our property, after 5 months of no success (including dropping the price) we switched to winkworths (at this same price) Within less than 2 months the property had several viewings and was sold, even in this difficult market. Matt was very friendly, approachable and efficient. Nigel was also extremely helpful in keeping me upto date with the sale progression. In fact all my dealings with the office staff were positive. I would definitely recommend them for the sale of your property, they will give you honest advice and always reply to your calls/ emails.

I was extremely pleased to have used Winkworth to rent out my property. As a first time landlord Winkworth were extremely helpful at ensuring I was up to date with the requirements of being a landlord, and were able to get the necessary checks done very quickly. Winkworth were able to find tenants to occupy the property within 24 hours of me instructing them to act as my Agent, and they have continued to excel in regards to communication and advice since. Very highly recommended!

My brother and I used Winkworth for the sale of our Mother's Barnet flat. Over time we worked with Paul, Nigel and Matt and found the service to be extremely professional and efficient. They have a long history and understanding of the local market. Communication is very good and the service personal but never pushy. We negotiated easily over all aspects of the sale. They were also able to provide very good suggestions for other services we needed in the area - garden maintenance, house clearance, solicitor etc. and were prepared to take on regular checks of the property which we couldn't do because of distance.
Highly recommended!

Looked at a couple of properties with this Estate Agent and went ahead with one of them. Good clear communications throughout and queries/problems answered and resolved quickly and without any fuss.
