Simon gave excellent advice throughout, always a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Very commercially aware and knows the area inside it. Highly recommended.

We asked three agents to pitch. All gave a good account of themselves but Winkworth provided the most realistic (and indeed highest) valuation. Within a couple of days of being put on the market, we had two buyers offering the full asking price so ended up selling above this. The service, from Marc at Streatham Hill and Simon at Herne Hill, has been very good throughout - thoughtful and responsive. Recommended.

My sale completed today and I'm hugely grateful for Simon Jenkin's help to get it over the line after a very tense final month awaiting confirmation from the buyer to proceed. From the initial valuation with Douglas, to the great work done by Simon, Nadine and Lewis in showing the flat to buyers, the Winkworth team was professional, respectful and responsive throughout. Simon worked really hard to try keep things moving and I always felt well-supported during the process. I would definitely recommend Winkworth to anyone looking to sell their home.
