Ryan and his team have set the bar for estate agency firms so high. From the first call to view the property up to completion, the team have been exceptional. There hasn’t been a call that has been dodged or a email unanswered. They have kept me in the loop in regards to all parties in the chain and provided regular updates. I can honestly say that purchasing through Green and Co has been an absolute dream, I wish I’d used them for my sale!

We are just at the start of our journey to move house . Being in our seventies we’re finding it a very daunting prospect and downsizing a bit tough , a very different world . Ryan has opened our eyes to so many thoughts and ideas and his efficiency is only topped by his sensitivity and understanding of our needs. He has used his magic two show us two apartments immediately that we really like .I can’t reccomend him highly enough .

I am so impressed with the way Katie worked through my criteria for a property. She was attentive and thorough in exactly what I wanted and in no time at all delivered our ideal property. The property ticked all the boxes and many more!! We put in an offer a day after viewing and it was accepted!!! This all happened even before the property went live!!!

Jake has been very helpful. I liked him from the start and felt we soon developed a bond of trust, which has sustained. He has been consistently on top of thigns and always there when I needed information or feedback. Also, the two flats he showed me initially were the best I had seen in a while (having never used Greene and co before), so I immediately felt at home as it were. I will definitely recommend the company and Jake to my friends.

Will took a real interest in our search. His knowledge of the area is fantastic. He was proactive and helpful without being pushy. He also passed our details on to his 'specialist' colleagues - new build, etc. No other estate agent has ever done that! He was open and accessible and if ever there was a shared property with other agents I called Will every time.
It is a shame that we didn't ultimately buy through Greene & Co.
