There is a myriad of estate agency firms in Islington/Highbury. We would not have considered Carlton if they had not sold us our property 11 years ago (when they were extremely professional), but we have had no regrets. This is a rare firm who understands the area, is realistic on price, works incredibly hard, and really offer personal service. In a difficult market, I really believe these are the people you need to instruct.

Tim Carlton and his team were fantastic, their professionalism of the highest standard and their advice priceless. At points in which I was not fully sure about the most sensible strategy, they were always there to explain options in great details and restless patience for me to take the best informed decision. Coming from an estate agents - sceptic like me, this is really the one you want to trust and follow the advice of. Their local knowledge really made a difference in our life!

Sara and Carlton Estate Agent were just brilliant in our dealings with them. They were so helpful and thorough in all their work. Their advice was consistently sensible and they took the stress out of the normally stressful exercise of buying a house. I’m not sure we would have ended up with the house we wanted if it hadn’t been for them. I can’t recommend Sara and Carlton highly enough.
